We created this video to promote the “day-to-day” work of people who work in one of Europe’s most visited markets. It shows the activity in a full day’s work in la Boqueria. It includes interviews with traders and chefs who explain their connection with the market. Features the appearance of Ferran Adria, who gives his opinion on what the market should become in the future.
